Data collected and purposes
This site uses PostHog (instance hosted in the European Union) in cookieless mode, for the sole purpose of audience measurement. No tracking cookies are placed on this basis, and no consent is required for this measurement in accordance with the GDPR and French CNIL guideline no. 2020-091.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the data controller in measuring and improving the site’s traffic (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Processor: PostHog, through its European instance (eu.i.posthog.com), acts as a processor within the meaning of article 28 GDPR.
Retention period: data collected via PostHog are kept for a period not exceeding the limits set by the applicable regulations on audience measurement.
Transfers outside the EU: no data is transferred outside the European Union in the context of audience measurement (EU PostHog instance).
Embedded content
Content embedded via iframe (YouTube, LinkedIn) is subject to the user’s explicit consent. These iframes are blocked by default and only load after acceptance. Their activation may involve the placement of third-party cookies and transfers of data to the United States, governed by the privacy policies of their respective publishers.
