Legal framework Degree recognition Institutional degree jointly awarded by Université Paris-Saclay, Institut Polytechnique de Paris and HEC Paris, conferring bachelor's degree status under the order of 6 August 2026 setting the list of public institution degrees conferring bachelor's or master's degree status. This order replaces Decree No. 2023-937, repealed when the legal framework for academic degree levels was overhauled.
